I’ve been a group fitness instructor and studio owner for over 14 years, teaching a variety of fitness classes as well as personally training clients. I love what I do and am passionate about helping others. Outside of work I enjoy hiking, going for long walks, kayaking, traveling and spending time with family and friends

As a group fitness instructor and certified trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness classes including Yoga, Zumba, Barre, Bodyweight Strength, HIIT, Pilates, PiYo, Stretching & Flexibility, to target body and mind wellness. A full body low impact workout that utilizes your bodyweight for resistance rather than weights! Build inner and outer strength, burn calories, boost metabolism and improves overall health in just 30 minutes!

CARDIO DANCE FITNESS

This fun dance inspired workout that will help burn calories, boost metabolism, improve your overall health and make you look and feel your best!

FLEXIBILITY TRAINING
Stretching is an important part of your workout regime. By incorporating it into your routine you’ll greatly improve your flexibility, circulation, and reduce the risk for injury.

GENTLE FLOW YOGA
Feeling good starts on the inside.
Using gentle flowing movements to link breath and postures. Focusing on alignment, flexibility, and strength. Perfect for all levels of experience and flexibility.

MUSCLE BUILDING
Strength & Stamina
If building lean muscle mass and burning body fat with the use of dumbbells is your goal, this class is for you. Suited for all levels Each workout can me modified or intensified depending on each clients fitness level and goals.

PILATES
A Healthier You
Pilates is a system of repetitive exercises performed on yoga mat to promote strength, stability, and flexibility. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. It allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.

BARRE
Fun and Empowering
This class is set to today's hottest music. Classes begin with a warm up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of upper body exercises with the option of using light weights. The ballet barre is used to sculpt the lower body, abs and for flexibility training as you use your own body weight as resistance to build long, lean muscles!

BODYWEIGHT BOOTCAMP
Have Fun - Work Hard!
We want to keep you guessing and challenge you differently in every class! Workouts are designed to improve your overall fitness, strength, cardio, flexibility, agility and endurance! Goal for this class is to have fun and work hard!

HARDCORE HIIT
Strength & Stamina
HIIT training features varying intervals of intense cardio and/or strength exercises paired with active recovery. In this HIIT workout; increase your heart rate while improving your strength, boost your power and endurance, and work your entire body with challenging moves. Focus is working out safely while pushing your body to its limit–giving you optimal strength and power.

PIYO
Strength and Flexibility
PiYo combines both Pilates and Yoga moves to create flowing sequences that burn major calories while lengthening and tone your muscles, and increasing your flexibility.

STRECH & RELEASE
Let it go!
Stretch and Release is a gentle class of movement and stretching that will help you to develop a deeper understanding of your muscles and how they work. On certain days we'll focus on targeting specific muscle groups (neck and shoulders, spine, glutes and hamstrings), while on others we will simply stretch and move our bodies in a way that feels good. If you’re looking for a way to decompress after a long week, this class is for you.

Whether it's one on one or in a group setting, our coaching services will help identify your goals, assist in making positive lifestyle changes, and provide encouragement along the way. Together we'll find helpful solutions to barriers that are standing in the way of your success so you can reach your goals and live your best life!

OUTDOOR CLASSES
Lets Get Outdside!
If you love working out and being outside, you'll love these outdoor classes. Each class is conducted in various local parks and wide open spaces. Various classes offered are bodyweight strength, pilates, yoga, stretching, meditation, group walk/hike, etc. All fitness levels welcome
